Carl has been hanging out on the top of the new branch under the uvb light.
My cage is 24x24x72 so its on the higher side as i was light for space when I built it. I wish i had made it a bit wider like 30" would have been perfect!.

I find myself having to use a 150 watt bulb in my heat lamp in order to get the 90+ temps for Carl's basking spot. Does a 150 watt seem excessive ?
I was having a hard time getting to 85F with the 100 watt bulb I had in there this morning.
The main basking branch is about 10"...
Thank you for the reply, that's what i was thinking. His cage before was very low light with just the heat lamp and UVB.
for its size this LED is putting out some light for sure.

Looking for some info on LED lighting for Chameleons, I have placed a Sunblaster 24 led 12Watt 12" 6400 k in Carl's Cage and I am looking to see if this is too much light for him. ( this light seems very bright)

This is Carl's cage 24x24x72, added a Pothos to the bottom portion to help with some humidity as its a bit hard in a screen cage in Canada to get up past 75% humidity
Mid 80 should be okay correct, as long as they can get a bit cooler at night. My condo never really get cooler then 75 in the summer time. 80 is a good ambient temp with basking in the high 90s
Keep your humidity up with misting and a plant in the cage so he can have some moist air pockets and...
