I have the same enclosure and have had the same problem.
Easy. Just put a shirt you dont need or spare towel at the back and voila!
Itll absorb the water that squirts to the back.
Well alot of the females can tend to be more Olive-darker green. While some on the other hand, are bright lime green. I can see yours is quite bright:)
I also see some nose grub there:(

I believe its getting too hot for them, cause mine would start to open its mouth ventilating. So im still confused as well.
