Calcium Plus ICB

Sigh........So I would be lying if I said this product doesn't peak my interest. People have been keeping chameleons successfully on the Rep Cal product for years and I understand "If it ain't broke don't fix it" way of thinking but it seems like the Repashy product is becoming more popular in the chameleon world. I've noticed Kammers (www.chameleonsonly.com) is now reccomending it and to be honest having an all in one suppliment sounds tempting.

Would you consider dropping the good ole faithful rep cal and use it? Is it something you would never consider? If so why?

Everyones opinion matters to me and I would love to hear them.

The Repashy Product I am reffering to and its ingredients http://www.pangeareptile.com/store/calcium-plus-all-in-one-supplement.html

When searching the Repashy products on the forum alot of Repashy products pop up. The product I am inquirering about is the all in one Repashy Calcium Plus.

i have it and started using it, so far so good

i believe Todnedo used it too on three ambanjas he sold that looked great.

Hey Jessica, I know someone who recently switched to this product and noticed significant changes (improvements) in all their chameleons, and highly recommends I make the change. I am pretty sure I will:)

Ooh wow I was really confused about this product! I want it now! I'm going to have to buy me some.

So you use it daily then and don't use the cal with d3 and the multi?

nope, its all in one, use a lil daily on the crix as usual and thats it keep doing what you normally do, no more schedule for the which supplement is today

i talked to Ed and liddy at pomona about it and they explained the breakdown of what it has, their own experience with it and how it took a few years to finally decide due to extensive experimenting.

he says either way is fine, it just gives cham keepers another choice

going to go grab the last pouch at my exotic store. finally, not worrying about d3 and vitamin dusting

Thank you for the responses everyone! Keep em coming I really like to hear everyones thoughts.

Correct.

We made the switch after talking to Ed and Liddy and love it.

Do you guys keep your chameleons outside?

Chad: Have you started using it on Melleri also?

Hi Anne,

Thank you for posting! I just read your thread and I'm seriously considering trying this stuff out.

I have tryed it with my chams and my leos. My chams spit the bug back out and my leos went on a hunger strike for like a week because they thought that stuff was on there food:mad:. So its a no go for me I will stick with the old school rep cal:) It works fine for me.

interesting....hmm and its exacty this product? http://www.store.repashy.com/repashy-superfoods/retail/all-in-one-supplements-en-2/

sounds weird, how long ago, just curious, were you using just that or something else along with it?

Yelp just that stuff. Every time i tryed to sneek it in they would spite it out even just that one feeder I would put it on and the rest rep cal and as soon as any of my chams hit it right out it came:confused: Maybe it tast nasty.

That's funny Tex...mine does the same thing with sticky tongues...LOL:rolleyes:

my experience with it is that - i like how it coats (dusts? you know what i mean), i like how it smells... and my cham eats it - no differently than the rep cal stuff so, until he decides he doesnt like it im going to keep using it. :)
