I agree, not the best choise as a frequent or large portion of the gutload. But good for occassional use.
 
Wait what? Is that inside talk? How about just peaches.. I think they're fine.. But I haven't had the guts to give her any?

We're talking about peaches. They are fine to include occassionally as part of the gutload, providing many nutrients. BUT they have the wrong calcium to phosphorous ratio, so should not form a large or frequent part of the gutload.
Its okay to give peach or other fruits to your chameleon directly too, from time to time. Veggies are better to offer than fruits, due to the sugar content of fruit
