Good or bad I just picked some up couldn't find anything without d3!?

i've used liquid spray before but its when i lived in japan and it was on an iguana. alot easy to spay veggies than wet up a criket than feed. dusting would be better imo however for now that'll probally be fine so long as its the calcium you think it is. again i have no experinece in zilla but i have used cal sprays before.
