Zilla Humidifying Spray

I recently saw (and bought) a Zilla Tropical Mist Humidifying Spray. It says it will prevent dry skin and shedding problems, as well as provide moisture needed for some tropical reptiles. Reading off the label:

Ideal for: all tropical and semi-tropical species of reptiles and amphibians including Green Iguanas... Chameleons,... etc.
Ingredients: Aloe Vera, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B3, Emollient, Water.

My question is, would this be useful or detrimental to my chameleon? Has anyone used it in the past?

Looks safe to me. I haven't used it personally but Zilla is usually a pretty trustworthy brand when it comes to cham care. Maybe som1 with more experience can help you out tho. The only concern for me would be how often you use it. There could possibly be some ill health effects that come along with overuse.

On second thought I don't think it's really needed. If you mist enough and keep your humidity in check I don't see the point of this. But I suppose it could be beneficial if used properly.
