Ziggy's room mate

I put my panther outside today for the first time since building his new enclosure. I noticed he had a room mate while watching him from inside the screen porch. This little anole was flashing his red dewlap about 6 inches away from Ziggy and bobbing his head. Ziggy had eaten 5 good size dubias already today otherwise I think his room mate would have been a late supper...

I'm not sure if they do that for territorial disputes and mating or what but he is definitely looking pissed. So far Ziggy has just ignored him so it should make for some interesting cham watching for a while. If Ziggy looks a little fatter and his room mate cant be found i'm pretty sure I will know what happened....

I don't know what is up with anoles and chameleons. Whenever they see Clea they all rush out and try to get to her. I don't get them. Im afraid she will eat them that's why i keep her away now.

I wish I had green Anoles on my porch! :) (just maybe not wild ones)

I was surprised to see an anole since they are not real common around here. Usually I will see geckos al over the place but I would rather see an anole if I had my choice. May be this one will keep the geckos out if he can keep from getting eaten!
