Awww, I couldn't do it. Dragonflies and Praying Mantis I just can't bring myself to feed to Swyft. Too pretty!!

An giant attack of grasshoppers killed my hibiscus, though, those are fair game, grrrr.

Its hard to get real good action pics cause like you said it happens so fast. I love watching my Carmie eat dragonflys/butterflies almost as much as she likes eating them but I'm sure that anybody that sees me trying to catch them thinks I'm nuts lol. I've managed to catch a few this season now I would love to find some mantis'.

I caught a little blue dragonfly for my baby veiled a couple weeks ago with my bare hands. It was pretty cool how I was able to grab it in my hands while it was flying. I put the dragonfly on his outside basking plant and he snuck under it and ate it up really quick.
