Yuki after her first shed with us

I'm really happy that Yuki shed yesterday (I didn't get any pics yesterday as she was already pretty stressed out with all the shedding and more frequent misting she got.) I did get some pictures today of her after her shed! I always hear about chameleons having no appetite when they shed.. but even with her face still peeling, she was eating like every other day! I bet it was uncomfortable, but it seems like hunger beats the feeling of shedding

Anyways, picture time! (They aren't very good as she hates pictures )

Here you can see one of her anklets that she still has... she'll get them off eventually!

I found this picture neat, as she's brown and green! I thought it was pretty neat.

The first pic is funny. My new boy does the same thing except he can deflate and totally hide that way. I find it a hoot how they know how to do that to evade detection.

It's especially great considering she was on the verge of starvation and dehydration when we got her!

That picture was taken moments before she vanished from the camera completely! After that picture was taken, the only thing I could see was an eye every now and then, looking over the "horizon" of the vine!
