New Member
He is finally here! my first cham.. orange baby veiled male. hes loving his new enclosure! hes been crawling around all day.. he has eaten 9 1/8th crix. he is looking very healthy.. turned a very vibrant orange when i took him outside in the sun.

What a gorgeous little chap! Who is the breeder? Enjoy him while he is still a baby...they grow up so quick.

Don't let him on the computer too much as before you know it he will be reading the forums and updating his Face Book as well :D

NOM NOM NOM, get used to it - he's your first so he'll surprise you about how much he can fit inside him :)
Don't let him pig out every day, but a couple of days a week is good to fill him up. And you're going to worry about every shed/colour change/spot/the day when he's not hungry for the first time ever...
But enjoy! These are the best days, you know, when they're young........:D

hey dave i got a new pet mouse today i named cheedar!!! he's going to be great friends with raph!!!

Seconded. It has a good narrative too - it starts quickly and dramatically, then there's a bit of suspense before the introduction of a new protagonist. Chameleon meets cricket, there's a bit more suspense.......a real will they/won't they moment and then boom! A happy ending :D

Not for the cricket...
I think the best part was when the cricket actually was underneath the still Cham. It had no idea what was going on.
 
Congrats! I just got my little Panther Cham yesterday! He's so happy and active! He didn't eat nearly as much as your guy did, but did eat today! His tongue is so tiny! :) I must get more pictures up and next to a ruler! ;)

unfourtunatly there will be not one. I tried recording it but raph wasn't doing anything i run to the kitchen to get some water return and cheedar must have escaped. I can't seem to find him anywhere.:(
