Yemen Chameleon Growth

When does a yemen chameleon reach it's sub adult form? ^^
I was just wondering because I have no clue how to tell how old my chameleon was when i got him and now but he has grown a little, he's still very small.

It depends a lot on the care (more heat and more food and good diet= more growth) and the individual chameleon. Most of mine have taken around 4-5 months to reach young adult size from hatch, but some take much longer than others (7 or even 8 months occasionally)...
