Wrinkly eye, one eye is smaller than the other

Nolan’s eyes look wrinkly lately it’s been like this for about 2 weeks. I would say it’s dehydration but I’ve made sure to give him at least 10cc of water a day if not more. He also drinks freely when he wants too so I know it cannot be that and his urates are white with a small portion at the end being orange. I’m not sure if this is just normal or abnormal?

Careful with giving water by hand like that... If he is drinking on his own this is much more natural and you do not have the risk of aspiration. I agree with Kinyonga it is not dehydration.

What supplements is he on and what is the rotation? Has the MBD been corrected?

He takes calcium without D3 daily, and calcium with D3 every other week. His last doctors appointment was at the end of Janurary and his doctor said he was in perfect health.
