wow, colorful!

Looks like a Veiled to me, but I may be wrong. Anyone else ever seen a veiled with these colors?

I think it is a Chamaeleo Ch. dilepis

C. africanus?
Dilepis have flaps usually....and I don't think the crest comes up that high on any of them.
