I have medium nymphs from the roach ranch that im gonna start feeding to spike tomorrow whos 8 months old now. My problem is the size of them still worries me they seem to big for him. I gave him one already to see what happened and he handled it fine but there not all the same size. There all an inch or bigger am i just worrying for no reason because im use to crickets? I just dont want him to choke.

If you're too worried then let them grow and have babies and use crickets in the mean time.

Spike needs a variety of feeders. If the dubia are large use them to start a colony. As far as the size, a cham's feeders should be no bigher than the space between their eyes.
