Worried about my veiled Cham, looking for advice

Hi all, I have had my veiled for about two months, he is about six months old. Today when checked him when I got home he was curled up small on the floor of his enclosure under his plants. He is quite calm when I handle him, which I don't do much, so I let him climb on my hand and I put him up nearer his light to warn up. He is eating fine and his poop is black and white as usual. His temps and humidity also seem fine in the same range as usual.
Should I be worried about him being on the floor like that or do they do that sometimes??
Thank you, very worried :-(

Temperature - temp is around 85 at the top and about 70 at the bottom, goes down to about 60 at the bottom over night. I have two thermometers one near his basking spot and one the other side at the bottom
Humidity - usually around 60, maintained with spraying. Measured with a hygrometer about mid way inside his enclosure
Plants - no live plants
Placement - in my bedroom, no fans or vents, quiet, about five feet
Location - ontario

Current Problem - today when i checked on him when i got home he was curled up small on the floor under a plant. He did climb onto my hand when i held
It next to him and i let him walk onto a higher area to warm up a bit. He has now gone to the top of his enclosure, where he usually sleeps as his lights are off.

Thanks for any advice

The first is taken today, not the best pic ever, and the other a few days ago when he was shedding. I buy cricket food now recently before that I was mixing several fruits and veg, green veg, carrots, strawberries etc wasn't sure what to do for the best to be honest
