I typed this in on google and one page said Montagne d'Ambre and another said Brookesia minima. Is Brookesia minima from Montagne d'Ambre? Can you purchase these guys?

No, their are only a few species of pygmy chameleons that leave Madagascar.

Brookesia Sumpfii-200
Brookesia Superciliaris-200
Brookesia Therezieni-100
Brookesia theili-100

Brookesia minima is considered the smallest described chameleon species. They are from Nosy Be but there are a number of extremely similar species which vary very little in size and morphology. One of these species, Brookesia tuberculata, is from Montagne d'Ambre but over the years there has been a lot of confusion about which species occurs where. As a result, a lot of people think the animals they are seeing in Montagne d'Ambre or other areas are actually B. minima when they aren't.

None of the species from the B. minima complex are exported legally from Madagascar, however. As Justin said, only four species of Brookesia have export quotas and they are very limited.

Darn you Chris Anderson!
I was just flipping through my Stump Tailed Chameleon book to find out species was found in Montagne d'Ambre.

Chris is the Chuck Norris of chameleon facts. You CANT win... If you had 5 chameleons and Chris had 5 chameleons chameleons, Chris would still have more. Give him any lip about it and you will get a roundhouse to the face.

It's just the way it is. . .
