Hey, at the reptile show in denver today, I purchased a 6 week old male veiled cham. He's so small and cute. I'll post some pictures in a day or 2. His name is Zapper (undercover name is Captain Chamerica). But I got to meet brad and he's really nice, I asked a few questions. Thanks Brad. Overall i'm pretty excited, I got to see him drink a couple times and zapping up a cricket (hence the name).

Hey Breeze you have now joined a very special group, Chamemeon owners, we can out talk and out show pictures of our "kids" better than any human. Better prepare your friends and family.

Welcome and congrats on your 1st cham. I'm glad you went with a CB veiled instead of a WC animal. Welcome to the addiction it's a great one!

Haha thanks, hes sleeping right now, cute little thing and my mom loves him to suprisingly :)

I love how he can go from bright neon green-dark green when he gets in the sun :) Very active and eats great, but needs to get used to his new enclosure.

btw, its a little bin but hes in an enclosure now, i just had to do some finishing touches. More pics tommorow, hes not shy of my camera or anything.

I dont remember the name but when you first walked in it had a lot of little baby chams and the family had a 5 year old turq/yellow cham in their hands. I got mine for 40$ at 6 weeks old.

That would be "Naked Snakes". I got my leo from the same people. They are great. Did you get a chance to hold their big cham?

I used to use that exact same vine and I ran into eye problems wih 2 chams, I would stop using it and get something else quick!

Yea I got to hold their big cham, strong grip, and so awesome haha. and the vine? what should i use then? I'll have to take it out tommorow morning, Zapper is sleeping on it, well we added some fake leaves and he's sleeping on that, we are finding some live plants tommorow.

Yes that branch is not going to give your cham eye issues. Make sure you keep him well and misted and offer food. Give him a good couple week to settle in. Looks like your going to have a blast with him. Your mom will end up loving that little fellow.

Zapper is a great name!

He is a very stunning little fello.....congratulations :)

Your vine is fine, I have been using vines like that for the last 2 years without any problms.
