I got my chameleon on Sunday and its wed. And he hasn't eatin at all I've left mealworms in ther and tryes feeding crikers but he won't eat the basking temp is around 80

If he is an adult chameleon the basking temp is too low. If he is a baby then it's fine.

It may take him a week or two to get used to his environment. I wouldn't fret right now.

Also, the bugs shouldn't be too big, maybe that's your issue.

if he is a baby panther they can bask in the 90 degree range easily. I think 80 is too cool for a baby panther if that is what you have. What are your overall cage temps.?

we would need a little more information than that, but like others have said, a basking of 80 degrees is a little on the low end.
