That fixture is fine, but when I clicked the link, it showed the 14% bulb, which is a bit high.
For a chameleon, most folks use a 6%. Some use a 12%, but that requires more distance between bulb and basking site—usually either raising the light or lowering the plants & basking site.
I agree wholeheartedly with the recommendation for a Solarmeter 6.5x or alternatively a
DIY version.
For a basking lamp, generic clamp light fixtures from a home improvement store work well, as they can easily be aimed/angled to produce a gradient effect (rather than straight down).
For basking bulb, an old-fashioned household incandescent is fine. Alternatives are incandescent floods (not spots of any kind) or halogen floods. Wattage, distance, & angle will require some trial & error.
