One of our female ambilobes has not been eating for almost 10 days and still hasn't laid her eggs. We are taking her to the vet for x-rays this afternoon and also to see if we should give her oxytocin. Hopefully everything is fine. We have put 3 different laying bins in with her to no avail. Please wish us luck and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it took so long but at the vet they took X-rays and she was full off eggs. They decided it would be in her best interest to give her a calcium shot and an oxytocin shot. The next day when looking at the cage there were eggs everywhere, a few of them were broken. I don't know if she wasn't comfortable in her laying bin or what. Most of the eggs looked like they had visual defects but we will see. Any suggestions or comments appreciated. We tried but she is still alive and kicking which is all that matters!
