Winter Garden Calumma Parsonii

Motherlode Chameleon

Chameleon Enthusiast
Here are some pictures of my new girl Trudy and male Calumma parsonii parsonii Rhinos in the garden today. Even though it is winter here in Central California it was warm enough for the 2 Parsonii to soak up some sunshine:D. Trudy is a little Parsonii at about 8-9 inches and just turning green.

Looking good! Hurry up and get them breeding, Rhino is a beast!

Chase

Chase slow down we are talking Calumma parsonii parsonii. Trudy is most probable not going to be ready to breed for about 3 years or 2.5 years from now. My other chameleons I can breed ASAP not the Calumma parsonii parsonii.

I'm well aware of the slow process of parsonii breeding. I didn't mean it literally, I know Trudy is too small and even the fact that their incubation can be quite a while.

I for one an just happy Rhino finally has a girl!! Heaven knows he has waited a good long while. And she is a very pretty little girl. I hope all goes well.

Laurie Thanks! That means a lot coming from you. I looked at a lot of candidate female Calumma parsonii parsonii. Plus this is go number 2. I had to return Matty not out of not wanting to keep him though. However Trudy is going to make a splendid pair with Rhinos. When she is a bit older and I am going to build her her own custom enclosure.

Best Regards
