William Hates Roaches...

LOL I gave William a roach and he took it, chomped it 2 times, then proceeded to spit it out. I swear if they made faces it would have been the most disgusted face ever. I tried to give him crickets after that but he wouldn't trust me. That must have been one nasty roach.

Was it a lobster roach? My ambilobe hates them, I think it mey be that liquid that comes out of their bodies when you pick them up.

I guess that why I dont feed mine roaches at all! If they taste as bad as they look, then I guess you cant blame him! I just cannot bring myself to house and handle them to use as a feeder. They completely gross me out!

Yup, it looked slimy when he spit it out.

And no I don't blame him, yuck. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen though.

Lol your avatar is cute (I know its off topic) but my panther looks like that and shes super tiny and she waves her arms around when she tries to climb my face like "Mommy mommy mommy"

Try dubias. All of my chameleons love them, and they're even my veileds favorite feeder.

yea dubias are great feeders they are high in protein and my little yager (veiled) LOVES them.

Amy loves Dubias (the smaller ones - I am not brave enough to buy any biggies yet, lol) but Tommy just looks at them in digust! It's like he says (whilst looking down his nose) 'You don't seriousy expect me to eat that, do you?'

you shld try and start a colony it is really easy you can buy them in bulk and just feed of the small ones and leave the big ones so that they can breed

huh- that's interesting. Lobsters are my chams favorites by far out of the 3 species I feed (lobster, dubia, hissers).
