Why is my 6 month old male panther chameleon sleeping on the top of the screen like up side down i dont jnow what to do is this normal im just so scared something is wrong!

If he's eating, drinking (staying hydrated), and ing OK, and his eyes are open during the day (IOW, if he's otherwise healthy) I wouldn't worry. Some chams—particularly younger ones—just like being acrobatic.

There have been many positions my chamelon gets in and I'm like "okay, yeah I can see that". She is 8 months and still basks above, she is a late bloomer.

70 at night and 75 in the day i have a new bulb coming in the mail

70 at night and 75 in the day i have a new bulb coming in the mail

At night you could have lower temps, but 75 is the ambient or basking? If its ambient its good, for basking don't go any higher than 82.
