Why is my jackson sleeping?

i turn the lights on at about 7am he basks most of the day then he walks around a little then at about 8 pm he goes to sleep with the lights still on I don't know why he does that. He stays a light green with some yellow the whole time so he's not stressed. He eats and drinks well so I don't know the problem.
Should I add light to the whole cage so there is lightly the bottom? The bottom of the cage it's kind of dark so maybe when he goes down there he thinks its bed time?

It's best to have your lights go on and off with your local dawn and dusk times. He goes to sleep because it's past his bed time.

Some of my chams do that as well, I don't think there's anything wrong unless their sleeping during the day

7am to 8pm is 13hours of light.. he only needs 12. Like Action Jackson said he's up past his bedtime
