Why is her face red???

She looks totally normal, nothing to worry about. That kind of rusty brown outlining around her casque is not atypical, I've seen it on several veileds. It just adds a little something to them :)

Thanks...What about the crusty white stuff in her nose?
 
If the white stuff isn't shed or anything, then it's just excess salts and other minerals that reptiles sometimes excrete out of their nose. It is nothing to worry about. You can either wipe it off with a Q-tip, mist it off, or just let her wipe it off in her own time.
