Why I Hate Him.

So instead of getting hooked on supers, butterworms, or any other stupid insect I can buy 24/7, he figured " what the hell, they only hatch every so many years, why not?!". Now he turns his head to the finest of the insects. Spoiled d*** I tell ya!

I'm telling you...cicadas are one of the best chameleon meals!! You have some tiny little cicadas up there, lol. I wish I had some of those to feed my smaller chameleons.

Oh he loves them! Yeah yeah, everything's bigger in Texas, right? Lol I've caught some this size, others that are much much bigger. They really that much bigger down there?

Great video. Glad you were able to get that shot. I'm with @KapitalJ I can never seem to see them and are they ok to touch...they are ugly little buggers.

Normal cicadas you just see a few per year. 17 year cicadas are like a biblical plague for about 3 weeks.

Well, in your area, there are periodical cicadas. So, you get an emergence after an allotted amount of time. We have the dog day cicadas that come out every year. I would imagine in your area, there is something of the like. Yes, they are considerably larger.

I would like to see a large chameleon take on the species from Malaysia. They could either eat it....... or saddle it up and ride it in to battle!!

BARF! It looks toy like being so big and bright yellow. I think I would pee my pants if I ever came across that monstrosity! I'm such a girl when it comes to bugs. The only reason I can handle my feeders is because I know they're gonna get eaten but they still creep me out.

I wish I had the dog day cicadas around. The species I'm catching only hatches every 17 years. Kaliko will be pissed off when times up lol

For real though. They're my favorite feeders to use now. Besides mantids. Try em if you haven't! Wait untill you catch one and it starts clickin' because you scared it. It'll scare you to! Haha
