The greener, the redder, the bluer the better!
Eat colourful stuff (spinnach, romaine, arugula, bell peppers, peas, beans, blue berries, blackberries,sweet potatoes, squash and you'll get what you need
Avoid white stuff (sugar, potatoes, white flour, onions, white rice, white bread)
Dandelion leaves are a good source of vitamins, including B. Oh but that doesnt grow where you live does it. Well, There is thiamin in Sunflower seeds and wheat bran. B2 riboflavin in green leafy vegetables, fish, legumes, whole grains (Doritos dont count). B3 Niacin in cereals, legumes, seeds, green leafy vegetables. Pasta is sometimes fortified with B vitamins.
