I don't remember where vitamin B or K comes from..

The greener, the redder, the bluer the better!

Eat colourful stuff (spinnach, romaine, arugula, bell peppers, peas, beans, blue berries, blackberries, sweet potatoes, squash and you'll get what you need :) Avoid white stuff (sugar, potatoes, white flour, onions, white rice, white bread)

Dandelion leaves are a good source of vitamins, including B. Oh but that doesnt grow where you live does it. Well, There is thiamin in Sunflower seeds and wheat bran. B2 riboflavin in green leafy vegetables, fish, legumes, whole grains (Doritos dont count). B3 Niacin in cereals, legumes, seeds, green leafy vegetables. Pasta is sometimes fortified with B vitamins.

I eat LOTS of sunflower seeds. Mmmmm. I eat lots and lots of pasta, too.

I also looooooooooooooooooooooove peas.. I also eat too much spinach lol, I either eat spinach or peas with every meal.

I wish dandelions grew well, some stores sell it but it is expensive!

Mmmm pasta.... mmmmmmmmmmm....

Sounds to me like you eat fine then, despite your initial menu :)

Arent peas wonderful? Do you ever get to eat them raw right our of the pod right off the plant? that's the BEST

Lol my initial menu was just a bad day for me, I love peas and carrots.. I'm starting to like steamed carrots, I used to hate them..

I've done that before (when the weather was good for peas) we have the old dead pea plants outside right now, it was sad to see them go, but yes, they are SO GOOD!

LOL on the parasite thing you guys.

In all actuality. A child growing in the womb, although isn't traditionally what we would think of as a parasite, it does fit the definition to a T.

Parasite: an animal or plant that lives in or on a host (another animal or plant); it obtains nourishment from the host without benefiting or killing the host.

MM steamed carrots. Try adding a little brown sugar to them. Makes for a great sweet treat. Just be easy on how many you eat. Carrots are already high in natural sugars.

LOL Byre!

Example of my diet. I just had lunch. It was a bowl of blueberry oat meal. I made it myself. Using 1 cup of sugar free, basic oatmeal. The cheap stuff. 1 cup of splenda. and a half cup of fresh blue berries. I take water in a bowl, add the blueberries, then nuke it to a boil. This will burst the blueberries putting their flavor into the water. Then I dissolve the splenda and add the oatmeal. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes to make (including nuke time) and has about a quarter the calories you would find in prepackaged blueberry oatmeal.

A CUP of Splenda???

You're going to get brain tumors from splenda (unless that rumor has been disproved?)

lol Like I explained to Syn...at another time. It's not a cup but yeah it's alot. It's one of those glad throw out containers for what ever. It's actually only about half a cup. But yes, it takes that much to make anything sweet. Splenda doesn't work the same way sweetnlow does. being sugar based it takes more than you would use if you used saccharin.

Edit:
The bottom line is that the FDA has found no cancer causing properties in the usage of Splenda.

I never actually looked into this. I honestly don't care. I'll die way before any too mah takes me out.

Syn, always craving salt might be a sign of an underlying problem. Craving salt is usually a sign of low blood pressure.

Do you feel light headed when you stand up too quickly, or does your salt craving go out of control sometimes?

Have you tried eating real meals? All the stuff you are mentioning is straight up snacks and bigger snacks. No wonder you are always hungry XD

I already said, I live in Arizona. It gets up to 120 degrees. I'm outside for an hour a day if not more, so I sweat a lot.

edit: Let me reiterate, THIS IS NOT WHAT I EAT ON A DAILY BASIS

*sigh* That's not what I eat every day of my life.
I just thought this could be a funny thread because I realized how much I ate in one day.
I didn't want people to tell me how unhealthy I'm eating because I REALIZE that.
I eat healthier other days, I've been to the doctor already and I am FINE.

Your basking spot is too hot, its raising your metabolism, You need to get a lower wattage bulb or you'll suffer metabolic burn out.
Are you dusting with calcium? Dont over do the D3 now!
Are you gutloading the pancakes with cream and jam? Forget the shake cups, you need to use a dripper.
You havent been digging have you?
:p :D

Splenda doesnt cause cancer, but it DOES mess with blood sugar. Its chemically engineered sugar byproduct.
Diabetics or Hypoglycemics should not use it. which I learned when I first tried it... though they will not tell you that on the package.

Splenda= Sugar treated and infused with Chlorine atoms. yum yum

Lol don't eat to much because Saturday night i did and threw up once a lot and then had stomach contractions every 20 minutes and couldn't get any sleep. Last night (Tuesday) i threw up once big time but no stomach contractions because i drank a lot of Gatorade. It works really well. Sorry if this sounds disgusting.
