White skin?

So today Nigel turned completely white in his upper body. I freaked out because I had just changed his bulb from a 60w to a 75w since I was having a hard time keeping his basking spot at the right temperature. Is this normal? Sorry first time Cham and first time reptile owner. Could this just be shedding?

Lol you have no idea! I've had dogs and cats my entire life. But this is completely a new realm to me and every little thing makes me nervous! I can't believe how quickly he's shedding! He's almost done! I thought this would be a few day process. Earlier today he "revealed himself" to me, and I was ready to pack him up and rush him to the vet! After some research learned its part of "becoming a man" and it quickly reinserted. I had my sugar water ready. Hahaha I'm so ridiculous!

A few weeks ago I had just gotten a stronger bulb for my Cham because his basking spot wasn't warm enough. I left for the day and that night I came back and he looked just like that. I nearly had a heart attack because I immediately thought "omg the bulb is too hot and he's burnt" then I realized he was just shedding.
