White bump on chameleon's head

This is the only bump on his body and it's been there since he last molted. Have any of you chameleon experts ever seen this before? I can't really feel it since his skin his rigid too and he won't really let be touch because obviously he doesn't want me poking him in the face! But could this just be skin, or does he have some kind of infection. Please give me your honest opinion and let me know if I should take him to the vet or not?

Are you referring to the little white mark behind his eyes because it is most likely left over shed which should not be touched.

If it is retained shed, up the mistings. That should deal with it. If you are sure it's shed moisten a cotton bud with warm water and moisten it that way.
