Which UV light is the best for a panther chameleon?

I have the fluorescent stick Style UV light. I am wondering if it is better to have a different type? Or if it is just a preference?

T5 22" ReptiSun 5.0 stick here as well.

But like all things, everyone has a preference as to what works for them or what fits their particular enclosure setup. I have used both. I have a T5 hood that hold 4 T-5 bulbs, I just replace one of them with a "stick" type for convenience. I have no scientific proof it is better or worse than the bulb type.

There are lots of UVB lights out there and lots of them are fine. I prefer the long tube Repti-sun 5.0 lights. Long lights cover more area so the chameleon can move around more.

I have Arcadia 22" 24W T-5 6% UVB for my guy. From what I've read it appears to be the best quality. Be careful where you buy it from though, I have seen the price ranging from $17.99 to $49.00 for the same bulb.

I only use Arcadia bulbs but I have 12% but that's because I have my panther in a very large heavily planted enclosure
