Which kind of worms are recomended...

Hi guys. I have a 3 month old ambilobe cham and i have been given him crickets, just wondering if its too early to give them worms. And if not then which ones can i start giving him?

baby super worms, Phoenix worms, baby silk worms, even wax worms(though alittle fatty). Technically regular meal worms would work, but supers have a thinner shell and wiggle alot more. Just dont feed him any worm longer than his head till he is an adult (8-12 months).

hi, i would recommend mini mealworms and calci worms - the calci worms are good as they are not fatty and give your chameleon a boost of calcium which can help with things like Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) - hope this helps
