When to breed again?

My female veiled Cham laid on May 26 I'm wondering when I should breed them again? Or will they show me signs when there ready?

I've read that they can become receptive 6 weeks after laying. Producing, carrying and laying eggs is a massive strain on a feamles body and is best to give them a long break inbetween breeding. I think most people only breed them twice a year maximum with a good long break inbetween. Some only breed them once a year.
If you breed her everytime she's receptive it will take it's toll on her eventually and can have a big effect on her health and lifespan.
