When breeding feeder crickets what to feed them?

I am trying to breed crickets to feed my 2 jackson chameleons. What should I feed them? I was thinking the gut load, but this seems like it would be really expensive since I make my own gutload using the following recipe:

2 cups or ¼ box dry milk (8 quart size)
1 cup or ¼ box rice baby cereal
4 TBSP raw unsalted sunflower seeds
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup alfalfa powder
1/3 cup fresh bee pollen
1 TBSP spirulina
2 TBSP finely crushed monkey chow
1 TBSP dried sea kelp
2 TBSP mixed unsalted nuts
1 TBSP coconut
¾ tspn brewer’s yeast

I'm just wondering if there are any simple ways to feed growing crickets until they are about a week out to feeding them to my jacksons then putting them on the gutload or should I just feed them this gutload mixture from birth? Also, any comments on the gutload recipe? Crickets seem to love it so far and the jacksons seem to be doing well after eating the crickets.

Well they are better if they are fed a healthy diet their whole lives rather than just gutloading before you feed them off. You could buy a quality gutload that is cheaper than yours and use that. Cricket crack is a good gutload that isn't expensive.
