I don't know what is wrong with her she won't open her eyes and when she does you can't seem the eyeball can someone help me is her eye infected or what ????? PLEASE HELP

Probably an eye infection. You might want to take it to your local reptile vet to get him checked out

Not to ask any more from you, but could you try and get a picture of her again? The dirty glass (or is that screen?) makes it hard to see.
