What's in my cricket bin?

I found these small worms inside my cricket bin. They are about 1cm long. Are they parasites or just worms? I noticed when I was grabbing crickets and putting them in a bag to be shaken with vitamins.

Most likely a parasite. Can you get a pic?

Most likely a dermestid beetle larva. They can help keep the cage clean. Some people add them to cricket and roach colonies. I wouldn't worry about it.

The little black worms? They are just beetle larva. Eventually they turn into little beetles and are fun for your cham to catch!

I sometimes see those in my superworm bins too. I thought they were just some small supers but the bettle larva would make sense. I should stop buying worms from chain petstores anyway
