What's his age?

Anyone know how old this guy is? I'm guessing he's 1 month. I got him from the pet store yesterday. The employee said he is an Nosey Be + Sambava cross and from the same breeding group as the adults for sale. But one of the adults looked like a pure Red Barred Ambilobe to me. So who knows what I will end up with.

Thanks. I thought he was around that age. That is still young for a breeder to sell him though. But I think I can handle it.

im not an expert but you need to be cautious with lights as the babies cant regulate their temps as well, if a senior member could chime in for accuracy that would be great

Right now his temps are 70*F on the low end and 77*F on the High. He was hanging right under the UVB light today, so I'm guessing he wants to either get warmer or he is uncomfortable with his current set up. Here is a link to another thread for his current set up.

I want to make sure he is warming up enough to digest his food. Today, he didn't poop. I'll be watching him close tomorrow.

Alright, then I'll stick with this for a while. At what age should I throw in the basking light?

Temps between 70-80 will be perfect for him, he should be pooping daily... he looks great!

Now if someone can give me an idea of how much he should be eating every day, that would be great. Is 10 crickets a day too little or too much? By the way, I think I will name him Dino (pronounced "Deeno").

They can eat from 10-20 a day at this age. You an mix in some fruit flies if you want.
