whats a good balanced diet?

I have a general idea of diet for chameleons but I want to know whats better in terms of nutrition. I plan on feeding my new cham crickets, dubia roaches, silkworms and hornworms for a treat.

Ive been looking on websites that have other feeders I know little about,,, wax worms, repti worms, etc... and wanted to get the info on whats good and whats not so nutritious so I dont order bugs I dont need . thanks!

I feed my Chams a staple of well fed (gut loaded) crickets, a few roaches weekly and horn/silk worms every few weeks.

I don't usually feed meal/super worms as my Chams don't really seem interested in them (Except for Pinky who eats everything).

I also very lightly dust my crickets at every feeding with calcium. Most times I use no vit-d except for twice weekly for babies, weekly for my female, and monthly for my adult male. Baby also gets multi-vitamin weekly and the adults get multi-vit twice monthly.
