What type of pygmy chameleon is this?

It's a Trioceros schubotzi. They are not collected for the trade as they come from very remote/high altitude areas of Tanzania. A closely related species to the schubotzi are the Trioceros sternfeldi (some people mislabel them as Trioceros rudis) and those are fairly common is the hobby.

They are hard to find on the net. It's actually not a pygmy at all. Never seen it before, I would have guessed a type of Bradypodion looking at the size and skin structure but since the chin and head looks different from typical Bradypodions I couldn't guess. So thanks Trace, learned something about a new specie again :)

As Trace said, that is Trioceros schubotzi. They are actually from Kenya, though, and only found on the slopes of Mt. Kenya above 3000m in elevation. This range is entirely within Mt. Kenya National Park. They are not available in captivity legally.
