What to use for cleaning fogger?

I'm just wondering what everyone uses to clean theirs? Also, how often should I be doing that? Thanks!

Let the parts soak for 30min in cleaners vinegar and hot water, give them a good wipe, and rinse well a few times. Some people replace the corrugated tube with smooth aquarium tube; because the water sits in the creases of the ones provided, and that's how the bacteria really starts to thrive.

It's best to clean them once a month.
