What to carry hank in to the vet?

So, first ty to all who posted on my help post! Hank has a vet appt. today at 5:45 and I dont know what to transport him in? I have a very small mesh cage and also a plastic reptile carier, which is better for transport? Also do I add any vines or anything? Thanks again everyone

A small cage with a few vines and branches should work well. I hope your little one is not sick?

what you have is fine
I use showboxes, because being in the dark tends t reduce stress

I bought one of the soft sided pet carriers from petco or pet smart. It was for a very small dog or cat, and had good form to it (sometimes they are too soft and collapse). Then I put a bamboo stick diagonally and secured it.

I let my panther spend some time in his 'carrier' on a regular basis so he got used to it before we went on our first trip. He knew it was a safe place and went in and out willingly Good luck!

I use a plastic cat carrier with 1/2" vinyl coated hardware cloth for the bottom so they can grip. On the bright side i always get a stool sample on the way to the vet

On the not so bright side they now hate anyone wearing pink because all the vet techs that take them away from their dad and poke/weigh them wear pink smocks.
