Not sure, its a bit blurry. Can you closeup on one of them?

I don't know, but often the hairs on caterpillars can be irritating. They can be difficult to swallow if they get stuck. Not totally sure what the caterpillars have been eating either. Often they feed on toxic plants.

We call those tentworms. Not sure of their toxicity. They make big webs in trees and kill them.
