What kind of bug? Safe for my cham?

This bug came with our crickets from the feed store. Curious if anyone knows what it is and if my panther chameleon can eat it?

I dont know what it is but my breeder feeds his geckos and chams with those as well and he sell those bugs so they should be safe.

It looks like a mealworm beetle to me and if it is one then yes your cham can eat it. I got a few a while back when i was feeding my little guy a few meal worms
