i saw one once!!! IN A ZOO!! it was a young one!! like 3 or 4 feet!! you could literally see the rippleing muscles in its legs. (it pooped with its butt facing us though, how rude.) O M G BUT IT WAS SO COOL, it was my favorite part of the zoo. (and just in case your wondering all the animals had alot of space and they seemed to be well cared for)

Armadillo girdled lizards... those and sungazers are next to impossible to get, only times I've seen them available, they were THOUSANDS.

Tegu/monitor lizards are all so cool for their looks and intelligence

@AmandaS those gliding lizards are really cool, I think I read that they only glide when they're in fear so if they're kept right in activity you don't see it much?

Right, you'd have to own large birds to scare it into "flight". ?
