Id check her out. Have you looked closely to see if its dirt or something from the screen. She may have just rubbed her nose on the cage screen? If so i would apply a topical ointment. like neosporin or something.

sorry i dont have another camera at the moments and i dont know why she would rub her nose on something. Maybe because i changed the cage. She has been acting weird ever since i did.

Looks like nose rubbing to me. I would put some Silvadine cream on it and watch her to see if she is rubbing her nose on the cage. Also keep an eye out for infection. Is there a basking branch under that light now?

yes there is. but not to close

I put some neosporin but will some vaseline work to at the moment?

I would recommend staying away from vaseline, it won't allow air flow to the tissue underneath and it is a great substrate for bacterial growth! I would recommend the silvadine cream also. You can apply a thin layer twice daily. If it doesn't start to look better in a day or so and/or if it gets worse take her in to see a vet asap!

ok thansk a ton. I will see if i can get some

If you can't get silvadene an OTC Polysporin (or Neosporin...Poly is a little bit better for herp skin) will do what is needed...prevent infection. That's the key. And, if she continues to rub her snout on the screen investigate why...cage too low? cage too small? Needs to dig? New stressor in the room?
