I've noticed a couple times this week that when my ambilobe does his business that attached to the urate is this weird sac. It's hard to see the urate as its underneath the sac but it is white.

I've seen a jelly look before but not quite like that. Form the orange look I'd say your cham is dehydrated.

When flipped over the Urate looking part is white which confused me. He is on a few different medicines for a ri and he is given roughly 10-15ml of water a day in order to not dehydrate from the baytril
 
what are u feeding him as a main diet ? might be something that didnt full digest been feeding and super/mealworms?
 
You know, medications can really affect "output"...I think your best bet would be to consult with your vet. Maybe you could e-mail him the pictures? My vet encourages that.
