he line in the first pick is where they are sewn up when made :D:p:eek: JK.... Thatis normal... it is on all of the chams I have.... I think I could even say... All chameleons have them.... but I don't know that for sure. It's sorta like the bellybutton well all have... but I don't think chams have innies or outies... :D

as for the bulge... Your melleri Might be a male... and that is just his 'junk'

This is Henry's junk... (or at least I am pretty sure it is.)

He had just gone to the bathroom... so I snapped a pic...

That is either his junk or you need to give him some Preparation H! :)

The line down the middle of his belly is his zipper! :D I used to call Lily's her zipper! Further down their belly you can see where it splits in two - this is where the yolk sac was attached - the equivalent of a belly button! In this pic of Lily you can clearly see her zipper and where it splits into two just above her back leg! Aww, so cute! :D I don't know anything about males though, but I would think that his bulge is just his 'man bits', lol.

looks to me like a prolapsed vent from a slight impaction, i would slow his food down and gut load with prunes fo a while, a regiman of reptaid probably wouldnt hurt either

lol thanks!! yeah we kind of figured it was his manly parts but we weren't positive. but his diet is pretty good... we got alot of good diet advice from Sepioteuthis, who we adopted Cheery from.
well thank you guys so much!!!

He mostly eats soft worms, super and sometimes crickets.... crickets would be about the toughest thing other than Supers... that he eats.
