WHat is that?

Hey guys i just saw my little guy 4.5 months old and he was taking a poo. the only thing is i notices what looked like a pink bubble at first come out and go back in a couple times. as i saw it again it seem to look like a rod, is this normal like a reproductive organ or something??. it went back in right after I've just never seem it before. could it be a side effect of puberty?
plz help!

Well it starts with some soft music and some KY.

I just use ky. I put some on my finger tip, hold him in one hand, and with my lubed finger... push it back in through his vent... whcih is hard because he doesnt have enough internal space for it all.
