what is the ideal temperature for my panther chameleons basking spot? Thanks alot in advance!

hes still a juvenile. I got him from screameleons in september so hes about 7-8 months old.

I would say 85-90 is a decent range. I'm a bit newer so some more experienced folks might pipe in to be more precise.

What should the basking temp be for a 4 to 6 month old panther in a 12.18.20 inch cage.

I have my adult male panthers basking spot highest temp at 90F, usually closer to 85F, with room ambient around 69-70F this time of year. This appears to be enough, since they mostly only got the hot spot in the early morning and hang out elsewhere most of the rest of theday. Gradient is the key - make sure they can move away from the heat. For females I have the basking spot a little lower temp, 80-85F. Youngsters even lower.
