So no one care about the US fish and wild life service? For God sake,we are talk about the chameleon here....not an elephant.....we must know our federal lacy act before buying and shipping the precious chameleons.....yup...yup

I don't understand your question...what is it about the Lacey Act you need to know? Very generally its the law that regulates the interstate transfer (within the USA) of wildlife and plants that are protected by CITES other laws. Are you asking whether chams are included in the list of species? Here's a link to the law for you to read up on.

Hi Carlton,It felt so great to hear from you again....when I was reading the terms and conditions under the Fedex policy....they mentioned the Federal lacey act,I was wondering if the live animal shipping rules has been changed since 2008.
Regarding the live chameleons import and export..even within the states transporting which might need a permit to do so and make it harder to sell, receive, acquire, or purchase some of the chameleon species...
I will visit that link you send me....after all ,knowledge itself is the best power...I appreciate your time to reply my question.
